Best place to sit and have a rest after a long day of shopping or in between. The food is tasty and fresh. Turkish coffee is nice . Always go back if I'm in an area that has this bakery around.

Went to Simit Sarayi with another Student colleague of mine today in Bond Street London. Ordered 2 types of desserts along with 2 cups of teas and a fresh bottled juice drink and 1 savoury pastry. My colleague sat down at the table once he got the orders in. A young lady who was the waitress there on the 01/03/19 Friday evening spilt drink and milk from another table she cleared away from all over my colleagues new coat. As this waitress was too busy flirting with a guy who was sitting across our table she wasn’t at all deeply sorry for what she had done. An accident is an accident but to see some respect by actually MEANING to show how sorry you are would’ve been nice to witness. But this waitress was obviously NOT BOTHERED what she did bcoz her moment of flirting with the guy across our table and holding the tray in the most weirdest way didn’t go to plan as she might’ve wanted it too. The waitress then decided to HIDE away behind the counter and pretended to act like what just happened is normal and acceptable. The Manager....whoever they might, be could have come over to our table and offer something free or give a discount as a gesture to show how sorry they are on the waitresses behalf. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Simit Sarayi is in fact a good place to go eat and chill with family and friends but the STAFF who work there have NO RESPECT for their customers whatsoever in anyway. ESPECIALLY the female waitresses! Great place came with POOR customer service👎🏼
Won’t be holding my breath for a reply from Simit Sarayi anytime soon LOL😂
