I really want to give 5 stars to this particular Simit Sarayi branch but it’s so difficult when time after time they let themselves down and disappoint my whole experience.
Please retrain your staff to learn the basics of good customer service.
Majority of staff look like they don’t want to be working, let alone show any interest in serving you. No customer awareness or care what so ever.
No matter where you sit.. you feel a horrible cold draft running through the shop as they have entrance on both ends open making it feel cold ( especially in winter months) Doesn’t feel warm or cosy at all.
Some of the sandwiches are not fresh enough. Very dull and not appetising at all.
Simit is great, so is the tea, but it’s a shame they have got rid of proper cups and only use paper cups.
They need to sort of the staff and look again at some of the food on offer and make a few changes to offer fresher options. I hope they improve.
Nothing like the Simit Sarayi in Turkey.

bought the last 2 simits that were warmed up. They tasted great. Unfortunately whilst in the queue waiting I was able to watch the staff, which at the moment will make me never return to that place. The hygiene is awful, they were gloves with which they serve food, touch the food, touch the oven to open it which looked very dirty, touch the money given to them by the customers, touching the till, the CC machine and to top it all, touching their hair and foreheads without once changing the gloves. Not sure what the point of the gloves are!!! I picked them up on it and they looked surprised, they have obviously not been trained correctly or taken the basic food hygiene course as required. The place looked very dirty, the floor on the food side was also dirty with bits everywhere.
Such a shame as this is a great chain of restaurants and someone will become very ill from this before long!

I went to the shop inside bond Street Station (the smaller one next to Starbucks). Customer service was terrible. The lady got impatient when I ask what are the different food items on display. The reason is there isn't any labels, how is any new customers supposed to know?! The bad service kind of affect your impression towards the food even if the food looks good.

When I asked for a bag, she just gave me the bag and expect me to bag it myself. My previous experience in other Simit Sarayi branches was alright, not this bad.

Very difficult to order as most of the staff seem new and have no idea which item is which (or very bad english?) Plus, coffee smells cheap and taste terrible. Food is decent but not worth the price honestly

In love with this place . Awesome tea with authentic Turkish flavors . The pastries are always freshly made and served at reasonable prices and with the help of a very friendly and professional staff.
