Coffee and cake fine. Service not so good. The service was slow and the servers seemed inexperienced. It was nice that they were helping each other, but it slowed things down a lot as most orders involved three staff, including barista, who was the only one who seemed competent. Upstairs the seating was nice, but there was a tramp asleep at one table, even at this peak time of 8.30am. The fire alarm went off twice due the the cooking of something creating smoke. On reflection this was not a very relaxing experience. I won't go there again.

I have not been drinking milk for food intolerance for 20 years and thanks to Pret Manger I am now in hospital .. This morning at about 9.30 I asked, at the second desk on the right, to a girl with an Asian appearance, a Cucunut Chi Latte ... Honestly I asked her twice because I saw her asking for a normal Chi Latte .. After that she replies with a bit annoyed voice that the Chi Latte is only with coconut milk .. Thanks so much. Do you know what does food intolerance mean?? Can you all teach the staff about that? See you very soon.

Disappointing experience at Pret - staff need to look cool BUT also have empathy for the customer. Manager saying she does not what time they open whilst serving coffee to staff is deeply disappointing.

Great selection of breakfast and lunch options to sit in or take away. Efficient and polite staff. Full range of hot beverages and good quality coffee at reasonable price, particularly the American which is best in London.

I attended this place yesterday and the entire upstairs section as closed. I really wanted to sit down and eat. Furthermore, there were not any seats available downstairs. Although I have yet to try the food, my rating reflects how good everything looked. I was just disappointed because there was nowhere else to sit. True, I could have purchased a meal and eaten outside, but I really detest eating outdoors. There was probably a good reason as to why the upstairs section was closed.
