From their feel-good Festive Market to immersive experiences that bring the magic of Christmas alive, Selfridges is the place to be this festive season!
Selfridges is pretty magical all year round, but this winter season they’ve dialled it up a (festive) notch and Christmas has well and truly arrived at the iconic department store.
It’s always worth visiting Selfridges for their festive window displays alone, but don’t stop there! Step inside the store and head up to their 3rd floor for the dedicated Christmas Shop. The Christmas Shop will meet all of your Christmas needs from baubles to personalized stockings, and is obviously incredibly festive, but it is also their most sustainable Christmas Shop yet, with 60% of the products sustainably-sourced!
Not only is the Selfridges Christmas Shop a must visit in the run up to Christmas, but so is the Accessories Hall! From 1st to 5th December they are hosting curated makers market ‘A South London Makers Market‘, who will be bringing a fantastic line-up of 16 of London’s most accomplished and original small brands to Selfridges. So head down at the start of December if you want experience peak Christmas market vibes.
This Christmas, Selfridges will become the first department store to offer a pre-loved toy pop-up! The pop-up is a collaboration between Selfridges and London-based charity ‘The TOY Project’ as part of Selfridges Project Earth RESELLFRIDGES resale platform. The pop-up will take residence in the Selfridges Toy Department on floor four, and will feature a curation of pre-loved and unique toys, from collectable figures, to antique teddies, to classic family-favourite games. In true Christmas spirit customers are also invited to donate unwanted toys, which will either be sold back through the pop-up or the TOY Project’s north London store, or given a second life and donated to children through the charity.
Selfridges Christmas Market on the Mews is back for a second year and it’s bigger and brighter than ever before. You can expect everything from festive gifts from Selfridges Selection, a huge helter skelter, stunning street food, and even performances from Santa and his friends. Book your free time slot here and enjoy the run of the whole of Edwards Mews as you sip on a Chin Chin hot chocolate and immerse yourself in festive revelry.

If you didn’t think these events were enchanting enough, Selfridges will also play host to festive DJ sets, a singing choir of angels, breakfast and story-times with Santa, workshops with Mrs Claus, Elf School and much more!
