Terms & Conditions – Dr. Martens Colour Council Competition
a. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By participating in the Colour Council x Dr. Martens Masterclass Competition you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter (as defined below), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Colour Council x Dr. Martens Masterclass Competition.
b. Airwair International Ltd (registered company no. 03009359) whose registered office is at Cobbs Lane, Wollaston, Northamptonshire NN29 7SW (“New West End Company”) is the organiser of the Colour Council x Dr. Martens Masterclass Competition.
c. Entrants must follow all the online instructions to be eligible to enter and win. To be eligible entrants must sign up online to attend the Dr. Martens Colour Council event in the Dr. Martens Oxford Street store on Thursday 28 March.
d. 2x spaces on the guest list at he Dr. Martens Colour Council event will be given away to one (1) entrant, drawn at random from the pool of entries.
e. One (1) entry per person. Colour Council x Dr. Martens Masterclass Competition, begins on Monday 25 March 2019. Entries will be accepted up until 5pm (GMT) on Wednesday 27 March 2019.
f. The winner will be contacted in accordance with paragraph j) below no later than 12pm (GMT) on Thursday 28 March 2019.
h. Colour Council x Dr. Martens Masterclass Competition is open globally to entrants ages 18+.
i. The winner will be selected at random from the pool of entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final.
j. The winner will be contacted via email. If the winner fails to respond by the deadline notified in the message, another winner will be selected from the pool of entrants. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect or misspelt email contact information submitted by an entrant. No liability is accepted for entries that cannot be counted for any technical reason.
k. Employees or agents of New West End, their family members, or anyone else connected with the company or the events themselves may not enter the Prize Draw.
l. New West end reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control. The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding. The competition will be governed by the law of England and Wales.
m. New westend is not responsible if the competition cannot take place or if the prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).
