John Lewis Giveaway Terms & Conditions
The Promoter is New West End Company Ltd. Open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of New West End Company, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.
The competition runs from Friday 20 March 2026 GMT and closes at 14:00 Thursday 26 March 2026 GMT (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be void.
Multiple entries allowed per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition

The Prize Winner will be chosen:
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received via Instagram direct message in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The winner will be notified via Instagram on Thursday 26 March 2026 GMT for them to accept and redeem the prize in accordance to these terms and conditions.
The Winner must confirm receipt of their prize within 24 hours of win acknowledgment – deadline of 14:00 Friday 27 March 2026 GMT. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification and/or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be selected at random.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- This prize must be collected in store at John Lewis, Oxford Street on a previously agreed date.
- The prize must be collected by 31st May 2026.
- The winner must provide a form of ID on collection of prize.
- This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
- The prize total will be at the value of £500; no alternative cash-prizes are available.
- The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.
Afternoon Tea for two at Huffkins John Lewis, Oxford Street
- This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
- The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.
- This prize must be redeemed by February 2027.
- Some dates are subject to availability and blackout dates apply.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

- This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
- The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.
- This prize must be redeemed by 30th September 2027.
- Some dates are subject to availability and blackout dates apply.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
New West End Company reserve the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions (unless and to the extent that) the competition states otherwise.

There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition.
