We had a few issues with this hotel, and overall it is not worth the price to stay here.

The location is prime for Hyde Park and the Marble Arch tube station which is a HUGE convenience!! We used the Underground to get everywhere, and it was amazing being that close to it.

However, the immediate area surrounding the hotel is very chaotic. When we stayed, there were a lot of homeless people who hung out right outside of the hotel.

Now, the hotel itself was the biggest problem. Our air conditioning did not work in the first room, and the shower setup didn't make sense at all. The glass door leaked water out into the floor and would not stay shut. You also had to climb into the cold shower water to adjust the temperature. We did move rooms to one that had air conditioning that worked, but it was not particularly efficient.

The prices at the Hard Rock Cafe adjacent to the hotel were much more expensive than the other ones we have been to before. That is not a complaint on the hotel, just a good thing to know before going there!

Hard rock cafe is just the best it could get. Stage for bands is so cool, food portions are well worth it for the price and the staff is always so smiley. Been there already 2 times n more to come!

Hotel location is excellent and bed was comfort. However, the AC wasn't working so I had to move to 3 different rooms on different days. Breakfast menu has no much variety and dull taste. House cleaning services were so bad and room and bath room not properly cleaned. Bath tub was so filthy and had lots of dirty stains. Surely I won't come back nor recommend the hotel to a friend. Had a bad experience

Loved it. Very clean and quiet. The rooms are big and equipped. The stuff is wonderful and the restaurant (with shows every evening) is great.

Only went to the Rock shop and Cafe but here what i have to say about that.

Sort of tucked away on the end of Oxford Street. Only just opened but very nice, spacious and feels like it will have very good atmosphere when trade starts to pick up.

Has a nice stage, so looking forward to seeing what the Cafe brings to feel it.

Food was very nice cooked will and is just as good as the original on Park Lane.

Hotel itself looks very nice and i would like to stay one night but not quite in my price range per night.
