It's new. It's spacious. It's airy. It's modern. Food is good, standard Hard Rock. The Cafe is attached to the new Hard Rock Hotel. However, it lacks the ambience and liveliness of the one on Park Lane. It's a bit insipid. The music was more background muzak, and there were no videos just some Hard Rock screen saver stuff. Not many screens either. The original is definitely still the best.
Amazing!!! Did you know that I hey have live bands every night?!? Such a great place and the staff? Soooo bloody nice. I loved my night there and my friends staying at the hotel couldn't stop bragging how great the rooms were. Thank you Hard Rock Hotel!
You might expect more for a new hotel, but it’s decent. It’s not a bad price neither for the central location in London. Staff are helpful but it feel they are still getting use to it. It’s kind the hotel is missing soul or mission that you normally expect from a hotel “attraction”
We stay at hotels all over the world. The hotel is very clean and impressive-looking. We actually had a second bathroom in our junior suite. We met a lot of wonderful Middle Eastern people. Many Middle Eastern restaurants, businesses and people. Even the signs are in Arabic. We had a great time. The problem is the entire staff with the exception of a few we're totally clueless on how to treat their customers. They are improperly trained at all levels. Reception,.housekeeping, bar servers we're all a disappointment. We had to call daily for housekeeping, limited choices for beer and alcohol, it was almost like everyone was on their first day at the job. We still don't know how much we had to pay for the upgrade no one took the time to tell us. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never come here again.
A fantastic hotel with amazing attention to detail. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
The hidden gem here is the additional cafe - Hard Rock Cafe Oxford Street which offers live music most nights. There is also a great Rock Shop for the hotel with great collectables.
