Great location and friendly, professional staff are the highlights of this cozy hotel. Rooms are spotless and well decorated, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is very nice as well. No wonder the rates get crazy quite quickly, so I recommend booking well in advance for almost reasonable ones... Single rooms are really small, though.

This hotel was great. Neil is a manger at the hotel helped me with my booking along the way and help me when Aer Lingus lost my luggage. I can't say enough great things about the customer service in this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, very safe and very close to the Tube. I highly suggest it.

I reserved a single room as a solo traveler. The staff was friendly and efficient. They assisted me with directions and ordered a taxi for me to attend the theater. They also served food and bevereages which were tasty and reasonably priced.

The room was small by most US standards, but only slightly smaller than a double in NYC. It was cleaned daily. The full size bed was comfortable with four pillows. The bathroom was small and needed a little maintenace, but it was clean.

The hotel is located on a little one-way side street, across from a pedestrian way that contained several little restaurants. There were pubs across the street and around the corner. Its central location in London places it within walking distance of museums/monuments, theaters, and shopping, but the neighborhood does not feel touristy. I did not have any safety concerns or issues other than the general precautions which should be taken when traveling.

I would stay here again.

One star for the great location, easy access to restaurants, shopping malls and underground’s.
One star for reception and bar services, very friendly.

Otherwise, the room is waaaaaaay too small. Furnitures are too shabby and dated. Somehow, I believe that the room is not vacuumed that often, I can see how the dust inside the room. Ventilation system is not that good either.

I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money anyway.
