One of London’s best loved Italian restaurant group, Spaghetti House prides itself on offering great Italia food to everyone, whether a visitor to the capital or a local down the street. The ‘passione’ for service, comfort, good food and value for money keeps guests coming back.
Booked a table here for a big family get together (9 of us) because we wanted an affordable place around this area. The staff were super super friendly, they’d given us essentially a private room downstairs with a big round table without us even requesting! The food was great value for money, the seafood pasta and tortellini especially. We were there for a good 2 hours without being rushed, and there was definitely something for everyone on the menu (and our party included 2 veggies, and a couple of fussy eaters!!).
Thanks spaghetti house, we will come again!
So so, to be honest. The food was kind of cold. It wasn’t warm, even not hot. Truffle oil doesn’t smell truffles. Chocolate ice cream was delicious.
Poor food, staff so terribly trained and lethargic. I’ve seen food been waiting on the counter for 10 minutes getting cold. Absolutely pathetic.
Used to be great place to eat however on this occasion the staff didn’t seem to care and the food was average. We specifically booked to take advantage of a deal online on the website however when we were sat at the table we were advised the offer wasn’t available. Should’ve walked out in hindsight however we were pushed for time. Won’t return.
The staff was rather polite although not listening much.. got 2 orders wrong which isn't excusable when the restaurant was this quiet. Rocket and goat's cheese salad was quite decent. Afterwards, pasta ( main dish) was average whereas the spaghetti with the veal was incredibly basic. 2 veal plates, one escalope was tough and chewy while the other (in breadcrumbs) was decent but nothing to celebrate.
