Terrible service. Waitress kept interrupting our meal. Took about 20mins to calculate the bill. Refused to honour our "Taste Card" (which we presented when we arrived and should've entitled us to a 50% discount on the meal - it was supposed to be a two for one deal on the main course). She told us we would have to order more food, for the card to be valid. If there were restrictions on this card, we should've been told prior to ordering. Obviously when we had our coats on and were ready to leave, we're not going to order more food. We told her to forget it and just give us the full bill, as we wanted to leave. She continued to be argumentative. We told her we needed to go and just wanted to pay, as were were going to be late (to see a show). We asked her to hurry up. At which point she became very obnoxious and told us to leave and not come back. We were trying to leave and trying to pay the bill. She was the person stalling and being argumentative, when all we wanted to do was pay and go. Would not recommend. The staff need customer service training. (GREEK ST BRANCH)

Terrible service. We spend more time waiting for the check then actually eating. 3 waiters doing nothing, talking. They looked at us and ignored us. When I finally got ones attention he asked for a minute, set up some new costumers and went back to chat with the others. Too plain of a pizza too, not worth at all having to stand such a bad service

Received a warm welcome from Peter the waiter, he seated us quickly, drinks and food ordered and on the table within 15 mins. Excellent food, cooked to our taste, will definitely go back.

Pizza Express is a very popular Italian food franchise in the UK. They serve delicious classic crust and thin crust pizzas. They have some good main course options from different pastas and other main course options. They have a kids menu as well which makes life much easier when you are travelling with kids. The Thin crust pizzas we tried was nice and crispy. Vegan options are available as well. Decent selection of wine, beers and other alcohol. They have live jazz music playing on of the floors on certain nights . Not sure if it's at all their outlets but it made the atmosphere more lively. The interiors were a bit dark but that actually makes it look more like a cozy place. The waitress serving us was very helpful and got our food and drinks quickly. It was a bit busy for dinner service on the weekend. Go to any of the outlets and hopefully you'll not be disappointed with the food.

Watched a good singer, food okay -but- strange mix up with Bill, so keep your eyes open when in a group for double charge, as some of the group paid drinks for others, but, they still charged again. Could have just been busy and flustered waitress!! Just caution- otherwise okay.
