I went to the Nandos close to Oxford Street to buy a drink (the store was empty). When wanting to pay I also asked to use the toilet. The waitress (with the spectacles) however said that they have a new policy that if you don't eat a meal then you can't use the toilets. I still do not understand why buying a drink excluded me from using the toilet. Is this really the level of service provided to customers? Or does first class treatment cost a 3 course meal? Next time that I'm in the area I'll support the Thai restaurant 2 doors down the road where management is accomodating. Some people are just arrogant or their policy doesn't serve the public and serves their ego instead.
Slow casual serve for take away and sit in. Disappointing.
After trying again the service has got worse. The staff quite obviously do not care and casually go about their conversations, whilst people wait. No one able to inform me of the process, no-one on the floor with any common sense to note that someone has had to wait 25 mins for a take away order.
AVOID - Go somewhere they appreciate your money and value your time.

Awful experience staff were rude ,incorrect food served and what was served was also cold and undercooked .my meal was served my chicken burger wasn’t remotely warm or cooked .when the manager was confronted with this problem she walked away and until I followed her only then did she try to resolve the issue by sometime later returning with a different burger . Which she then followed with the word do u want it or not? This is from your store manager how does this fit with your brand value, serving food which is cold poorly presented and your management team acting like they don’t want the business which is in your restaurant. I wasn’t going to complain at any point until the managers unprofessional reaction at this point it went from a complaint about non cooked food to questioning why we had chosen nandos when there is so much choice in central London and is this attitude the whole of nandos management or just this individual manger? I look forward to hearing your response about poor food and customer relations culture within your restaurant from the waitress to the manager of that restaurant is this what you’d expect or what from a central London restaurant. Frankly I’m disgusted by how I was made to feel that I was in the wrong by your management staff after being served food which could of made me ill. I’d like a full refund and apology from you as I left the restaurant unsatisfied in the brands food and culture .
Stuffs are awesome. Food is really good. 2 floors spacious. What else do you need?
I arrived at Nandos nearly two hours prior to closing and was left waiting for a prolonged period of time as the manager stated that the bottom floor was closed. I was ignored for a prolonged period of time as well until two other patrons arrived to query the long wait. The manager was called and he stated that they were tired and had a long day. This information was absolutely nothing to do with me. Just piss poor service, a poor attitude and an element of racism all thrown in. Very sad indeed.
