Not somewhere I'd have ever chosen myself, but a job in London landed me and my wife there.
Generally very pleasantly surprised and didn't experience any of the problems that other reviewers did.
Nice clean room, decent size. Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Really good breakfast.
All the staff we meet were nice, however Mr Dan Elbow (almost Capaldi) was the guy we dealt with most. Give him a raise, he was great with any issue that cropped up.

Modern hotel in central London close to the main shopping areas, Regent St and a good walk to High St Kensington. Tube and bus services close by. A very short walk to Hyde park. Loads of top class restaurant s in Mayfair but has its own Hard Rock restaurant on the ground floor which serves good snacks and mains along with a good cocktail selection. Great service from all the staff.

Gorgeous hotel.

Only tried the restaurant, but the service was first class. The food was excellent, and promptly served.
The lady that waited on me and my family was friendly yet professional and helpful.

It's new. It's spacious. It's airy. It's modern. Food is good, standard Hard Rock. The Cafe is attached to the new Hard Rock Hotel. However, it lacks the ambience and liveliness of the one on Park Lane. It's a bit insipid. The music was more background muzak, and there were no videos just some Hard Rock screen saver stuff. Not many screens either. The original is definitely still the best.

Would be 5 star rating if they had a partnership with a good local gym for guests. All other hotels in the area have this but this hotel crams 3 pieces of equipment in a small space and call that their gym?
Opt for another place with full services for the price.
