Mole Taco Bar is a boutique Mexican and South American restaurant hidden in buzzing St. Christopher's Place, just moments away from the bustle of Oxford Street. Mole Taco Bar's motto is to present a fresh twist to traditional Mexican, Peruvian and South-American dishes, served simply with a lot of love and creativity, all under the waking eye of Frida Kahlo.
Overpriced. Tacos are not real Mexican tacos.
I ordered tacos with chorizo and potatoes; mainly filled with potatoes. The Octopus not tasty at all. King prawns has not flavour whatsoever. This place just takes advantage of the location but not real Mexican cuisine. A travellers trap.
Try the prawn taco...one of the best. Great cocktails especially if you go in happy hour.
Tacos with a little twist. Thinking outside the box with a creative blend of flavours and fillings.
Really good creations. However, I believe they can do better with the quality and freshness some fillings.
Love this place. The food is divine. Make sure you go large on the Guacamole - it’s fantastic. Cocktails are great too and the atmosphere is vibrant. Good place for a cosy meal for two or table of 10+ friends.
Reviews had set much higher expectation than it turned out to be. Loved the Guacamole, though tacos were okay. Two tacos per plate for £9-11.
