**AVOID AVOID AVOID**

Really sad disappointment but on our lunch break this afternoon at the Lamb and flag. We won’t be coming back in any hurry.

Let’s start with my burger, quality of the meat is shocking, it was little crispy and was over cooked, I ordered the salty burger, didn’t come with cheese, double meat and pulled beef or port. The chips were cheap frozen fries from picture my chips should have been chunky.

My friends dishes were just as unsatisfying by the eye and taste. The chips were still slightly raw the salad had no dressing on it, basically rabbit food and the mash, oh boy the mash you could fill holes in the wall with that stuff.

Either you need to change the chef or change suppliers. When spoken to manager she offered complimentary drinks which we declined, she said that the burger wasn’t the correct one and gave me a full refund only on the burger. I’d be embarrassed to serve that food.

I loved the interior and atmosphere there. It’s located on busy street and so much going on there. It was my second time there and I’ll definitely come back. Best fish and chips.

We went to this place to have a few drinks and some food before theatre. We ordered a few drinks and we moved to a table in the corner and ordered some food.
When one of the bartenders/waiters brought the food over we noticed we didn’t have napkins so I’ve turned around and asked my friend, who was ordering some drinks at the bar, to ask for some. At this point one of the members of staff was collecting some glasses around and we drops one of the glasses on the floor near the drop off area. I must say, I haven’t touched him or was on his way. Hire ever, he started shouting at me saying that I shouldn’t be there to be served, which was trying to explain that I wasn’t ordering anything, just talking to my colleague trying to get some napkins. At this point my girlfriend asked him to calm down to which he responded quite rudely. Eventually he walked out and we finished our drinks/food and moved on without an apology from any member of staff.

In brief:
-poor service;
-rudeness;

Has sports and wasn't too busy when I went. Can't really go wrong. Service could be more attentive though
