Brasserie of Light, a new destination restaurant and bar from Caprice Holdings, marks the final chapter of Selfridges’ £300 million investment in its London store. Contemporary, artistic and elegant, the brasserie features London’s largest scale artwork by Damien Hirst, offering all day dining in a chic, Art-Deco space that’s accessed directly from Duke Street, and from the first floor of Selfridges. With design consulted on by Martin Brudnizki, Brasserie of Light features bold, colourful and light filled interiors, with an impressive central bar and private dining room - the traditional brasserie re-imagined for contemporary London.  The centrepiece to the restaurant, and in keeping with the Caprice style is Pegasus, a piece of artwork by Damien Hirst. The 24ft crystal encrusted statue has a 30 ft wingspan and will soar over diners with hooves lifted, while an East facing aspect floods the space with natural light.
