From 30 January 2025, renowned Japanese restaurant Hotori introduces a thoughtfully curated menu created exclusively for its residency at Sanderson London, blending precise Japanese technique with an understated, contemporary sensibility.
Guests are invited to explore a progression of textures and temperatures – from clean, citrus-led crudos to richly glazed yakimono and delicate sushi – each dish crafted with balance, restraint, and meticulous attention to detail. Premium enhancements, including A4 Kagoshima Wagyu and Lobster Yuzu-Kimizu, offer opportunities to elevate the experience further.
