The Promoter is New West End Company Ltd. Open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of New West End Company, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.
The competition runs from Tuesday 10 February 2026 GMT and closes at 16:00 Tuesday 17 February 2026 GMT (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be void.
Multiple entries allowed per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The Prize
- One-night stay for two guests in a Deluxe Room at The BoTree, with breakfast for two included.
- A three-course Sunday Roast for two at Berner’s Tavern accompanied by a bottle of the house wine.
- A £500 Puma voucher.
- Two tickets to Frameless London.
- A Mind Oasis Experience for two people, which includes both the hydro massage and the brain massage.
- A shopping experience for two people in Rituals, with up to £100 each to spend in store, including a water-island experience, a relaxing hand and arm massage, and a skincare consultation.
The Prize Winner will be chosen:
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received via Instagram in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram on Tuesday 17 February 2026 GMT for them to accept and redeem the prize in accordance to these terms and conditions.
- The Winner must confirm receipt of their prize within 24 hours of win acknowledgment – deadline of 16:00 Wednesday 18 February 2026 GMT. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification and/or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be selected at random.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prize Specific Conditions:

- This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
- The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.

- Stay dates are subject to availability and black out dates apply.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Three-Course Sunday Roast for two at Berner’s Tavern accompanied by a bottle of wine.
- Valid only on Sundays
- This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
- This prize is non‑exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other monetary value.
- The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.
- The visit must be booked at least 2 days in advance.
- This prize must be redeemed by 31 August 2026.
- Berner’s Tavern reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Sunday Roast menu at any time and without prior notice. In the event that the Sunday Roast is unavailable, an alternative menu option will be offered by the team.
- The winner is responsible for any costs that exceed the prize offering. If you need any further clarification, please speak to a member of the team.
£500 Puma voucher
- This prize must be collected in store at Puma 376-384 Oxford St, London W1U 1EF on a previously agreed date.
- The winner must provide a form of ID on collection of prize.
- This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
- The prize total will be at the value of £500; no alternative cash-prizes are available.
- The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.
Two tickets to Frameless London.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
- Tickets are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Booking must be made at least three days in advance.
- The prize must be redeemed by August 2026.
- Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
- Entry is subject to FRAMELESS London’s standard terms of entry and venue policies.
- Travel, accommodation and additional expenses are not included.
- Lost, stolen, or expired tickets will not be replaced.

- Mind Oasis Experience must be redeemed by 31st May 2026.
- The experience must be booked in advance via the Rituals Marketing team and is subject to availability.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, on the purchase of gifts cards or Mind Oasis Experiences
- This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
- The prize must be redeemed in the London Oxford Street West Rituals store, 297 Oxford Street.
- The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.
New West End Company reserve the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.
