Good food and a good atmosphere. I love the idea of getting a tab set up as you walk in, makes it easy to enjoy a few nice drinks with dinner.

Pizzas and pasta are tasty. Some of the wine seems on the pricey side.

Most of the staff are superb, although some of them are a bit full of their own importance (yesterday talking to a colleague was more important than serving me).

Overall- good place to meet, eat and drink.

The food is good. If you order a pasta their chefs cook it right in front of you.

The atmosphere does remind me of a corporate canteen however, a bit loud and you gotta find your own table and hope it doesn't get taken whilst you're away from it.

The unique selling point of the restaurant is that they give you an RFID card which acts as your tab.

When you order you tap your card and settle the bill on the way out.

If you order a Pizza you're given a device that buzzes for you to pick it up from the counter as is common in some bars.

Vapiano in a nutshell is a fast food restaurant in the same way a Mercedes is just a car.

The restaurant prides itself on serving food cooked in front of you in a smorgasbord of choice... Carbonara with linguine or spaghetti why not.

The restaurant is well lit to create a fun and fresh environment, portions are large enough to fill you up and the side salad is defiantly a good choice.

The only down side would be that due to the rush of service stations do become messy and plates are not washed to the highest of standards (as I had to pull the chef up on).

But in all of fast service and yummy food is what your after in an informal setting in the centre of town then this is where you would go every time.

After frequent trips to the Soho chain, me and my Girlfriend decided to try out this one. At first we noticed that there was a draft when sat upstairs near the front of the restaurant so we looked for a table towards the rear. Most tables had not been cleared and it appeared to us that the restaurant seemed understaffed. The chefs seemed stressed and got mine and my girlfriends orders wrong, but nonetheless it was average. The atmosphere was just not as favourable as the Soho chain in our opinion. Will not be returning to this chain.

In this canteen styled restaurant you watch whilst your pasta is cooked up in front of you just the way you like it. Queues can be really busy at lunchtime so becareful if you have places to get to. It is worth the wait though as the food is delicious.
