Vapiano is an Italian restaurant with an open show kitchen, where our chefs cook right in front of you. You can customise any of our dishes, while adding or swapping ingredients. If you choose pizza, you’re given a buzzer to collect the pizza once it has baked. Tap your guest card - that you get on arrival - on the till to register your order, and simply pay on the way out.
Great food. Lively place. But need to be very careful about your belongings as a friend had her handbag stolen at off Oxford St restaurant , lost money, saved passport. Tourist season, huge rush. Otherwise great place
Lovely place with pasta that isn't bland. The open buffet looking setup also deserves recognition as it allows you to look at the food as it's being prepared and to speak directly to the chef cooking. It also means you can add or take away ingredients. The dishes are good value for money but the drinks are quite expensive (balance?). The only qualms at this place is how ridiculously crowded and busy it can get. You could wait anything between 40 mins to 2 hours for your meal almost any day of the week.
Service can be slow and crowded but the food is amazing! And once you are getting served the staff are very friendly. They were very accomodating of my allergy and gave me a replacement really quickly. So friendly and really nice to sit and eat in upstairs. Would go again!
I’ve eat in hundreds of places in London, and Vapiano near to Blue Fin is one of the best place ever to eat. The pizza is proper Italian, tasty and delicious, and the pastas? OMG, heaven in your mouth! Yes, you need to queue because they cook the pastas in front of you, you it deserves to wait! 🤗❤️ I really recommend it for everyone!
It's great. Liked it a lot. Good food, great atmosphere, comfortable seating. However, not the tidiest place in the world. Discarded bottles and plates piled up on random tables which is very odd, and no forks left upstairs either. Other than that; charming staff, great place to be and definitely one of the better placed to eat in the area.
