Swatch has always been ahead of the game when it comes to innovation, but they’ve just launched a feature that could change the game itself! No more searching in your pockets or purse for your phone or wallet! With SwatchPay one flick of your wrist and you get fast, contactless, and safe payments to shops, restaurants, travel and much more!
How does it work? Hidden inside each model with the SwatchPAY! feature is a Near Field Communication (NFC) chip that works in the same way as the ones in bank cards to enable contactless payments. Just like with a bank card, do not fear, if you loose the watch you can easily suspend or reactivate the payment function with a single tap on a smartphone or tablet using the SwatchPAY! app at any time.
The new SwatchPAY! watches have all the fantastic capabilities as Swatch’s other models, for example, SwatchPAY! are water-resistant to a depth of 30 metres.
