Who doesn’t love guilt-free feasting?
Executive Chef Paul Greening from aqua kyoto has created the Home-Grown menu, with London’s first Japanese urban farm supplying the aqua kitchen.
The new menu focuses on field to plate dishes that highlights exciting ingredients grown in the UK. And, by using the Evogro Urban Farm, the ingredients grow up to 50% faster! All home-grown ingredients are GMO free and organic. (Plus, aqua has pledged to reduce its carbon footprint, so you can feel even better for eating there!)
This three course menu includes dishes such as braised Genmaucha octopus, terriyaki salmon, mus and green chilli aubergine, gyu sukiyaki beef and aisu kurimu edible ice cream cones – to name but a few. The aqua kyoto Home-Grown menu is priced at £30 per guest and is available Monday to Friday at lunch and Monday to Saturday at dinner, (Friday and Saturday until 7pm only). Booking in advance is required.
