Pret A Manger‘s new menu has launched at the perfect time, when everyone is heading outside for lunch in the sun!

The Pret Chefs have created a selection of new fresh salads that are sure to put a spring in your step.

The selection celebrates the best quality ingredients:

Buffalo Mozzarella & Pesto: A classic veggie recipe with delicious, creamy buffalo mozzarella on a bed of mixed salad leaves.

Sesame Salmon & Black Rice: A generous slice of roasted Scottish salmon coated with black and white sesame seeds paired with black rice in a light sushi-style dressing.

Chicken, Prosciutto & Avocado: A fresh and vibrant combination of chargrilled British chicken in a creamy, herb sauce, with two slices of delicious prosciutto, a refreshing pea & mint salad and rich avocado.

Pret’s Protein Box: A box of high-protein goodness. Chargrilled British chicken breast, boiled free-range eggs, creamy avocado, long-stem broccoli, spinach and mixed seeds.

No menu is complete without something to satisfy that sweet tooth! Vegan’s everywhere rejoice at the new Dark Chocolate and Almond Butter Cookie that combines vegan dark chocolate with almond butter and a little sea salt.
