This hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect, about a 10 min walk to the tube, and 20 min to Westminster Abbey. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They also include a service called Handy, which gives you a working cell phone with data to make calls, use Google Maps, etc. It was very useful.

Great hotel, great beds, great staff. This is an amazing place to stay and is located 2 min from Bond Street and 7 min from Oxford Street. The surrounding area is very nice, and it's easy to find a place to eat or shop.

Short meeting great attention to detail from the staff as they offer an umbrella which we could bring back later.
Spring showers in London made bearable by examples of proper service.

There’s a great place to pull in out front the hotel which is not common. Uber & taxis are plenty & buses & underground are short walks. If you want to shop this location is ideal. The doormen are just wonderful. They’re so friendly & helpful with places to eat, etc. All hotel staff is more than willing to help with bags, etc. our first room was tiny & the AC didn’t work. They brought us a fan at 3AM when I called in & then followed up in the morning to move is rooms. They upgraded our room, ensured the AC was functioning & helped move our belongings. Free internet worked well.

Cons.

The breakfast was not wonderful for us. The service was, but not the actual food. We both ordered an omelette with cheddar cheese. The cheese tasted bad. They offered us to re-order, but instead we filled up the best we could from the cold bar. We much prefer eating at an outside location versus the hotel in most cases.

The TV channels are horrible. It’s ALL news.

This is a lovely place for a long lunch. The food was amazing and the wine devine. The staff were all excellent and made us feel so welcome. I can't recommend it enough
