The artwork in the lobby is great and the staff was friendly. The room was very small and the shower was strangely set up so water spilled all over the floor. The walls were so thin we could hear someone cough in the hallway and the next rooms tv sound was coming in our room. Our key was accidentally given to another party which walked in on us while we were changing. After sleeping in the bed I woke up with red bumps on my ankles and wrists from what I’m assuming was the detergent used on the sheets. This exact same thing happened when we stayed at the Mayfair hotel down the street last year. For the price of the room we were very disappointed.

This is a lovely place for a long lunch. The food was amazing and the wine devine. The staff were all excellent and made us feel so welcome. I can't recommend it enough

Very centrally located near Oxford Circus, this is a a great little hotel with good service and an unusual if expensive breakfast. Rooms are not large as to be expected in central London, but we'll designed and have a very comfortable bed.

First visit to London with no expectations, simply wanted a central location for easy access and sightseeing.

Arrived on a long haul flight from Asia and was very appreciative of the great service and hospitality at check-in along with a great orientation of the offerings Westbury Mayfair.

Room was well maintained and properly furnished with a great bed for a good nights sleep. Bathroom and room fittings were also in great condition. While the central heating could definitely be improved, the team were kind enough to provide an external heater to keep me warm throughout my stay.

Every interaction I had with the hospitable team at Westbury Mayfair were attentive, friendly, genuine and warmth. They provided me a cosy, home away from home experience.

Definitely recommended property and will look forward to be back to experience more at Westbury Mayfair in future.
