The staff were great, the breakfast was excellent.. room was very clean and bed was comfortable / luxurious.

My bathroom needed an upgrade, looking at the gallery newer ones exist, would have got a 5☆. The art deco style was charming and a reason to visit.

The location was great, short walk...

Clean but dated. Quaint building. Small stairs and corridors. It would have been nice to have some of the history available on signs sn pictures. Staff were great. The place feels very posh and special but the room was disappointing.

Friendly, clean and well run hotel hotel in a prime location of London. A little bit dated in decor, however it has all the essentials required for a nice long or short stay. The breakfast options could be better, and cooked breakfast potions larger, but it did taste lovely.

The best thing here was the location. Very walkable to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops as well as Soho, Oxford Street, and Chinatown. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even serving us food and drinks late in the evening after a night out. The rooms are fairly standard, but we enjoyed the coffee offered in room. Excellent staff, cozy accommodations and great location made for a great stay for us in London.

Within the single room the shower was very small / tight to get within however the shampoo and shower gel from “the white company” added some great smells when washing one’s self- they had a trouser press in the wardrobe but no iron anyhow I slept great - the staff was fantastic, the downstairs bartender was available to our requests and we taught him some cocktails in which we (the party I was with) indulged in. - breakfast was good and overall I was pleased -
