With its history of literature, philosophy and the arts, Bloomsbury is the central London sanctuary that inspires creative thought. My Bloomsbury is designed to do the same. Serene contemporary design guestrooms, comfortable hot desks and fine gastronomy give you a personal hub that is welcoming, laid back and easy.

I had room 322.
+ Air conditioning works, is stable and quiet
+ Rather powerful hair dryer
+ Refrigerator available in the room
+ Pillows are comfy - not too big
- The only available window faces a backyard where some sort of kitchen exhaust is operating
- Water in the shower is warm at most
- Breakfast is a cooperation with the nearby cafe - the menu is absolutely tiny
- A lot of dust
Overall, the hotel definitely does not rate 4 stars. 3 (overpriced) stars is an honest rating.
Definitely avoid this hotel!!!
Room & bathroom sizes are tiny and the interior is how hotels looked in the 90’s. Stains on the carpet floor, super cheap mattress, broken knobs, half way painted walls and the list goes on and on.
Prices are okay for a stay in town but what you actually get for it is at best motel standard.
I only stayed for one night and will never in my life return to this dump.
Dated building, dated, small, uncomfortable rooms. Definitely overpriced for what you're getting. The only true benefit is the location.
Had a couple of problems with the shower blasting out water at 3am, and bin men banging about outside pre 6am. So, not much sleep was had. The bed was comfy, nice coffee and tea making facilities. Book with them direct for free mini bar credit and treats on arrival. I missed out on this.
Clean rooms. Has air conditioning! Close to British Musuem. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Nice location
