Yumchaa is on a mission to bring you British tea as it should be - loose leaf and full of flavour. This cosy café and tea shop has 5 locations around London and stocks over 40 blends of tea. All brews can be served two ways: hot or iced and are complimented by thick slabs of cake, freshly made sandwiches, salads and snacks. Coffee, tea and food served all day.
Lovely place for a lazy afternoon tea and cake, lots of treat options (including some vegan!) and legendary selection of loose leaf teas to choose from. Perfect spot, definitely pop in!
This place is one of my favourites. Today I had a freshly grilled chicken salad with cucumber mint sauce and sweet potato.
And the this place is all about the tea so Im sure you can find something you'd like.
When its raining and just feels miserable outside I like this place even better. The have a green house sort of roof and it lets in loads of light and even though its grey outside this place feels like a oasis of light.
This use to be one of my favorite places in London. I can't say that anymore since they've changed staff (and management probably). The new staff is rude, slow and they start cleaning the place at 7pm (1h before closing time) leaving the door open you making you feel not welcome at all The place becomes really cold and it smells of strong cleaning chemicals. I do not recommend this place. Overpriced tea and food. And the coffee is terrible.
Great place to have lunch or a tea break and get some work done. Plenty of tables and power points for laptops and other gadgets.
A battered junk-shop/skip astutely designed interior (and skylight) the signature feature of this 'chain' specialising in a variety of teas, coffee, a pastry/cake compliment and 'lite bites.'
This branch is spacious, reassuringly creaky 'n comfortable with efficient/undemonstrative staff.
Animated here, plum-full with laptop loungers and Uni canteeny boppers.
