The cafe offers a changing daily menu of delicious, freshly made savoury dishes including pasta, quiches, sandwiches, salads and soups as well as a mouthwatering selection of cakes from specialist baker, Sally Clarke. The cafe also serves Lavazza coffee, fine leaf teas plus a selection of wine, beer and cider.
This is one of the hidden gems in Soho. Hidden behind the stately buildings that line Oxford Street, it is easily reachable from Oxford Circus tube station. Their exhibitions are always thought provoking and stimulating. For every exhibition they have little forms with just one question about the exhibition that you can fill up with your personal opinion and put it anonymously in a little box and periodically they read them and choose the most interesting ones that they put up on a board for everybody to read. I think this is a very nice way to interact with the public and inspiring them to have an opinion by showing them the opinions of other fellow exhibition goers. This is fantastic!
As a gallery i like it. The exhibitions can be a bit conceptual but recently they have been great. NOTE: I VISITED RECENTLY - IT WAS FREE ON SUNDAY BEFORE NOON!
One of my faves. Hard to find. Amazing bookshop and fantastic displays of important photographs
Photographers Gallery is a great hang out for those interested in all matters photographic, as well as exhibitions there's a really good shop and a nice café too- if you get there before 12:00 it's free entry!
Great place to hang out. Has a good cafe with reasonably good coffee depending on who is serving. It is free before 12 am I believe.
