Breakfast was overpriced if you don't eat a lot and load up on food to take back to your room. Be warned when they say breakfast is over at 10:30 they mean it. Taking all the serving utensils away. We got there at 10:00 on our first day and were not aware of the hours, I wish they would have told us they were closing soon, I would have rather gone elsewhere than spend $16 a person.
The sheets and towels had a slight odor. The service to the room was either very good or very lacking.
Noises carry through the walls here and many guests come back late and are not quiet, so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
It's very close to a tub stop. That made exploring the city very easy.

The one star is for the location only , the hotel is located in a very convenient street, almost near everything in central London. BUT all other aspects are really ONE BIG ZERO , the staff is extremely unprofessional at all , they even lack the basic & simple hotel education. The most annoying thing was the smell in the rooms & the unprofessional house keeping service, personally I have taken a sample swab from the towels , floor , bed sheets & the bathroom floor to analyze them in one of the central London laboratory ( as it was a scientific trip ) I am waiting for the results & I will publish them as soon as I get them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, just find an alternate hotel nearby. In the attached photo please notice the stains in the bed sheets & the very obvious blood stain in the towels. I was really disappointed in my experience in this hotel.

Wonderful location, close to shopping areas, relaxing bed fittings, but poor housekeeping. Takes long time to clean up your room. Need more staff probably. Always make sure you book the large rooms.

Big hotel with Ideal location for the West End. Can be a little noisy, but it is central London. Take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Room very nice.

I had to go here for work. I would not waste my own money staying here. The manager was meant to contact me about my complaint and a week later I've still not heard anything. It took me 25 minutes to get into my room because my key card didn't work and with heavy luggage and my room beng in a far distant corner as well as mobility difficulties I didn't want to go back to reception. They argued with me about that because they wanted to see my ID even though I'd not shown any ID on check in and even though i had my driving licence with me that i could show to whoever came to the room to let me in. They then managed to find someone to let me who wasn't the least bit bothered about seeing my ID. My coffee machine flooded everywhere as it wouldn't stop spouting water. A friend's shower leaked all over her bathroom floor. I did like the free mini bar which was a nice touch. Staff were polite even when arguing with me. Still I don't expect to wait so long to be let into my room and that being my first impression ruined my stay
