Good hospitality, friendly people. Cleaned toilet which is my most concern at any hotel and place, cleaned rooms. I prefer to stay at this hotel every time I visit London.
I advise my friends and family to stay in this hotel.

The security staff here is wonderful, also the two lady's working at the convenient store that sell London Soviets etc. There was one Arab girl who had a trashy attitude just because she has a little money. She doesn't know god and is busy judging other's fire burn her. Trashy and low is she

Lovely hotel, staff were brilliant. Complimentary mini bar is a lovely touch. Coffee was fantastic. Had a wonderful meal too. Second time I've stayed. I will be back!

Thought the staff were helpful, the rooms weren't ready on time and the reception area was extremely busy. The room still had dirty napkins from the previous occupant and the curtains didn't close fully. The double bed was two singles pushed together so the middle was rather uncomfortable. The hotel was nice but was missing those finishing touches.
