What an amazing chain of restaurants. The burgers all look tasty, and the one I ordered was good in every way. Delicious vegetables with a patty cooked exactly how I asked. Not messy at all.

The sides are also great. I had the skinny fries and my friend had the chips with truffle sauce. They were both great, I couldn’t have enough of them.

Two minor issues (that won’t ruin the experience at all for anyone) would be the way you have to order (it can get a bit confusing if you are remembering the order for two or three people) and the fact that the price is a bit steep. However, the quality and taste of the food definitely makes up for it.

In conclusion, definitely check it out, even if you can’t afford it. It’s not bad to save up and treat yourself once a month.

Really nice staff. They were so lovely explaining us everything bc my friend has milk allergy and they ask extra the cook, to cook her hamburger apart. The hamburgers were big and delicious. Thank U so much!!!

Firstly, it’s not handicap accessible; there’s a a step at the entryway preventing wheelchairs from entering for who knows what reason. Secondly, it’s quite small inside, but nicely furnished and the wait staff are efficient. Takeaway orders can be a bit hit or miss, though. Extra sauces at £1.25 are often disappointingly under-filled (little more than a teaspoon), even on big orders.

On a recent Sunday, there were two tables with patrons and the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. Despite this, my very reasonably sized takeaway order took nearly twenty extra minutes to finish. The employee who dealt with me could not have been nicer, but a screaming match between him and the kitchen staff could be overheard while I waited.

One of the best burger places in London.

Great variety of burgers and all of them are good. Even the sides are mouth watering. I highly recommend the baconnaise sauce!!
