Great place for shopping for everyone. The mall consists of all the brands under one roof and it's easy to navigate and find the stuff you need. The staff is super helpful and will make sure you get the item you came for. The salty beef store located at the ground floor has one of the best and juicy salty beef sandwiches in the city. A must try for all meat lovers, don't miss this.

What can I say? This place oozes with style and panache! Every time I visit here there's always something new to see, the store is so huge it's on another level. Its not necessary to make a purchase go as a window shopper and you will be greeted with the same warm welcome as an avid shopper.
I recommend all tourists to go to Harrods! You won't be disappointed.

Write to Customer Service. They say telephone. You telephone. 'We can not get through to the store - it is very busy...' Thursday late morning. They hang up on you. Fantastic service. Easy, I will not make the journey to Oxford Street and find an alternative supplier/outlet. Who needs that sort of treatment?
