We stayed in a Club Level room & whilst the room was very small the club lounge & staff were excellent. The amount of options on food were great & nothing was too much trouble. The hot & soft drinks were available to help yourself to along with alcohol available all day too. The atmosphere in the main longe area was electric & always something happening. As long as you don’t mind a small room I would definitely stay again in Rock Royalty again as worth the extra money.

I do love a Hard Rock and the London Hotel didn’t disappoint.
I didn’t stay in the hotel but did make use of the cafe and rock shop. If you can't get into Old Park Lane or Piccadilly cafes then it’s worth the 15-minute walk to the Hotel Cafe.

You could even walk to each cafe having a starter at Old Park Lane, main at the Hotel and finishing off with a dessert at Piccadilly, while having your favourite cocktails at each one. (may have done this a few times)
You must go to all Hard Rocks in London

Booked a table at the restaurant.
Same great Hard Rock Cafe menu. This place makes the best burgers. Large dining area with the usual Rock memorabilia up on the walls, and a fantastic looking bar. A bonus is it has the Hard rock shop where you can buy the classic t-shirts etc....

Just the name has been changed after the hammer attack while the bad service from the staff and the management is still the same. They have changed the decoration of the lobby but they couldn’t make any changes to their ACs to work properly in the rooms. Just shows you how negligent is the management of this hotel. They know the AC is not working in the room but yet they insist on giving it to you. Just to make more money.
This hotel doesn’t care about its guests nor about their comfort.
All of what they care about is how to take money from them.
I’ve made a mistake on coming again to this hotel this summer after having such a bad experience last summer as I’ve been promised that the AC issue is not going to happen again.
It did happen and they were very good on giving fake promises.

We had a few issues with this hotel, and overall it is not worth the price to stay here.

The location is prime for Hyde Park and the Marble Arch tube station which is a HUGE convenience!! We used the Underground to get everywhere, and it was amazing being that close to it.

However, the immediate area surrounding the hotel is very chaotic. When we stayed, there were a lot of homeless people who hung out right outside of the hotel.

Now, the hotel itself was the biggest problem. Our air conditioning did not work in the first room, and the shower setup didn't make sense at all. The glass door leaked water out into the floor and would not stay shut. You also had to climb into the cold shower water to adjust the temperature. We did move rooms to one that had air conditioning that worked, but it was not particularly efficient.

The prices at the Hard Rock Cafe adjacent to the hotel were much more expensive than the other ones we have been to before. That is not a complaint on the hotel, just a good thing to know before going there!
