Step from Oxford Street into the contemporary new bar, where high ceilings accentuate the stylish purple furnishings. As you’d imagine, this bar has a special ambiance: laid-back and sultry, yet full of life and colour. The perfect setting for after work, pre-dinner or late into the night drinks. Something you could definitely develop a taste for.If there is anything better than cocktails, it's a selection of cocktails. From Baileys and Rum based cocktails to classic Champagne and Whisky ones.
Hotel itself is quite good. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is a downside to this. Sometimes it's difficult to get a table and the food is good but there's always something missing. Much space for improvement there.
Good facilities. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were to our satisfaction. We unfortunately did not receive good service from one of the staff members. Very very rude. We also had to pay a deposit of 50pounds which took very very long to get paid back into our accounts.
There was a last minute change to our tour schedule we had been double booked @ the Tower hotel. Location was excellent. Staff at reception seemed a little clueless upon. Check-in which took 15 minutes. Rooms where clean but very basic (no better than a Premier Lodge or equalivent). Breakfast was very good with a good selection of British and foreign choices. Overall a fair experience but with a little research you could do better.
Good hotel in a good location. Room was clean, recently decorated and a reasonable size. Breakfast was casual in a cafe style location with a buffet hot menu which was nice.
Comfortable bed, air conditioning, and good lighting.
Very hospitable staff. Lovely lunch. The gnocchi here is really very good indeed. And the NY chocolate cake was divine.
