Authentic, traditional and full of life. Maroush serves Londoners some of the best Lebanese food in town. Whether you’re after a quick on-the-go lunch, somewhere to impress a potential client or a celebration spot Maroush is the place you’ve been looking for. The menu boasts a wide variety of traditional Lebanese dishes from wholesome starters to delicious mixed sharing platters accompanied by a thoughtfully chosen Lebanese wine. Wednesday through to Sunday, as the evening approaches, Maroush Vere Street opens up its lower ground floor to spectacular live entertainment. With lively Lebanese music and traditional belly dancing you will feel the heart and soul of Lebanese culture shining through all night long.
Food is good, full of flavour. Decor is dated and felt like more of a casual dining canteen atmosphere rather than a restaurant, but prices did not match. Overall would not return to this branch because it really isn't value for money.
There's quite a bit of competition when it comes to Lebanese food in London. Maroush is good but I'm afraid the competition is also very good. I found the wraps a bit on the oily side and the portions were a bit smaller than what you typically get in a good Lebanese place. The taste was good and the service was great so nothing that can't be fixed.
I love this branch of Maroush. The food is always good and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. The set menu for two or four is just perfect for those with a healthy appetite. Superb variety and every dish more tasty than the other. I have been going there for years. Will continue going for years to come. I don't think you can beat their Lebanese food in London for those prices. Very reasonable.
Very nice and considerate staff. Delicious food in general. Hummus is quite amazing. Fattoush & Tabbouleh salad are perfect options for vegetarians & mix grill for meat lovers is quite recommended. Stews are also nice but sorta fine-tuned to satisfy Lebanese taste. Desserts are no go for me.
It's very nice..but we ask for pickles should be complementary not charging customer.. this upset me if you can refund it.. it will be grateful.. thanks
