Fantastic fried chicken! We've been here twice now and haven't been disappointed.

They have three chicken options - fried, rotisserie and pulled. If you're particularly hungry or eating with a companion you can always go for their bucket option (not actually served in a bucket) and try all three but for me, the fried chicken is the winner. Crispy, flavoursome coating (slightly on the spicy side but not blow your head off spicy) and juicy meat.

You also get the option of choosing a base and a sauce to go with the chicken. It's worth giving the waffles a go. They're delicious! The salad was a bit limp and uninspiring but I guess you don't go to a fried chicken restaurant to eat salad!

For central London, it's pretty good value for money (£40 for two including drinks and tip but we did have an extra serving of chicken because we'd skipped lunch) and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

So much hype and what a let down it was! I ordered a takeaway chicken salad. The chicken was great, salad looked like it had froze in the fridge and then had been used again. The leaves were going off, there was no crunchiness to them whatsoever and their portions of chicken were child like. I finished the salad and was left hungry. I feel as though they size down the portions for takeaways. Overpriced for the amount that you get.

If you want to choke on a plucking burger here's the place to come. I ordered the 3 way burger which looked very tasty. But digging in the bun was drier than the sahara desert!! The pulled chicken was not bad and the rotisserie fried chicken was good! Now to the oven chicken if the bun wasn't dry enough this chicken would make you down a pint of water and some more for good measure!! Sorry to be harsh guys but I'm saying it how it is hope you guys can make improvements but this is not the best fried chicken around.

In all honestly, probably my worst restaurant experience in years. What a big disappointment!

The chicken was absolutely tasteless and for a place that prides itself in selling fried chicken that was very poor. It had hardly any coating and the flavour was so bland that it felt the chicken needed salt. The sauces poor also, the maple chilly syrup was essentially maple syrup with chilli flakes on served in a paper cup (pic attached). We tried the bucket for two which had a bit of everything in the menu and every single piece and type of chicken was substandard. The only thing that was OK were the fries.

The waiter Vlad asked how the food was. We gave him our feedback and when we asked for the bill he told us that we didn’t have to pay anything. That was a bit of surreal experience. Unexpected but felt fair at the same time and to top it up we were given a card to come and eat for free another time!!! But then it left me in a rather odd moral dilemma because I felt I shouldn’t write this review. Vlad was very apologetic and lovely but I feel people must know how bad this was as we won’t be coming back for the free meal.

Great food. (Especially the fried chicken). Great service. Drinks okay and reasonably priced for the location. Slightly overdone sweet corn bit dealt with admirably. Thank you.

Updated. Went again last weekend. Just as good but was quiet. The wings and thighs are excellent and even the breast is tender. The coating is close second say to the overpriced Korean fried chicken at Jinhuu, and cooked better.
I don't get the negative reviewers but presume either a hiccup or they've an axe to grind.
