Ordered two coffees, croissant and glass of water. Only two coffees turned up. We asked for extra milk for the super strong and oversized "flat white" from same waitress. We then had to remind them for the croissant. Then ask for milk from different waiter. The glass of water never turned up. £11 plus included service charge for an adequate coffee and nice croissant is, in my opinion, overpriced for a café.

Great location; nice to sit outside on a sunny day. Food is generally tasty. I docked three stars because my friend's bacon had been fried with a layer of plastic still attached... and both the bacon and the plastic arrived on her plate. We told the manager, who politely apologised, but for the price you pay and considering the brand's reputation, LPQ should do better.

Awful coffee and poor chain style food. I used to like this brand but it seems very out of touch with food and drink quality and service of 2018. It now feels more like a fast food venue in both quality of food and approach.

Fantastic soups, and small plates. Good staff and a nice place.
