Very surprised to read the negative reviews about the staff. Visited this evening, a busy Saturday, and the staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful and polite. The food was excellent and arrived in good time. Will definitely return on our next visit to London.

Was there around lunch and it was rather quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, had a nice chat with them. Wait time for paella can be a bit long, but it's delicious.

Extremely rued staff!!! Especially the manger as he calls himself which I don't think he is as mangers comes more professional. He asked for a booking which I didn't have then was told no seats available unless being split!
The next min I went to OpenTable and found seats and booked. I came back to him saying I have a booking! He got very mad saying you have to book 2 hours in advance. Shocked me as it doesn't state that anywhere!
Anyways it wasn't worth arguing as they don't deserve it. Went into COCOCHAN and was being handled PROFESSIONALLY! And really enjoyed the FOOD!

Great paella but dropped one star for some unidentified crunchy possibly uncooked rice bits. Charming staff.

Food is good. Service is exceptionally slow. It took them around 15 mnts to come take our order, and some 20 mnts to come clean our tables afterwords. The place wasn't even that crowded. If in the mood for paella I will try another place.
