I walked past this place so many times before realising it was a Restaurant, the interior is so nice and "posh" I thought it was an hotel reception! there's a lot of bamboo and running water and low lighting,no loud music, everyone speaks so softly..
Next thing...the food:a hot and cold cabinet might not say much until you start scanning the shelves: soups- Vegetarian, Vegan, Meat and Fish options - salads, puddings and cold drinks (the cold plum tea is delicious ).
Everything is prepared downstairs in the kitchen and it's beautifully presented colourful and healthy looking.
There is a good selection of hot soups to top up a very reasonable honestly priced meal.
The Staff is polite and practical, there is no outdoor seating area but you can sit by the window and watch the world go by.
10 out of 10, highly recommend

I am not big fan of fast food chain, but Lunches is one of my favorite chain that I am willing to walk in and buy food from them.
It is a fast food, but still have some authentic flavor and still keep style and feel clean.
From its decor, you may feel it will be expensive, but when you actual made purchase and consumed it's food, you feel the food is worth for the price.

For a restaurant with the fast-food shared-table business model, this place does it well. Staff are polite and professional and dining area is stylish. While the food won't compare to cook-to-order restaurants, it serves the purpose.

We’re vegan and this is one of the places we regularly go to when we are in London. Thanks for the vegan options! Hope you add more tofu/vegan meals! Sweet tofu Dupbap is my usual go to :)
