Enjoyed my lunch. Food was jummie, service was great. Such friendly staff. I found it well worth the money. If you are looking for a nice place near Oxford and Regent street that isn't packed with tourists and has good value for money, this is a good choice.

The worst imaginable service ever, an actual disgrace. I was there yesterday and a rather large women of colour was making jokes about other members who were eating in the restaurant and right to their face as they were wearing headphones and could not hear what was being said. I might expect this kind of hostile environment in a ghetto neighbourhood but something like this in Marylebone down a lovely off road is just disgraceful.

It’s also clear from other Reviewers that the service is extremely lacking.

Please sort this out so that the area can have a good reputation.

Melinda was our waitress tonight and she was so amazing - she gave us a taste of each wine because my friend didn't know which wine she wanted. We settled on a bottle and she sorted out our order (grandisio platter) and it was delicious. We then ordered a tiramisu -for me- and a personalised pasta dish for my friend which was off menu and suggested opinions for her. We had aanoano bottle of wine and got the bill promptly. Melinda was helpful, quick and made our evening fun - 10/10!

Although a chain restaurant , the meal was particularly disappointing. I had the Venison Tortelloni which on paper sounded like it should be amazing. Unfortunately The pasta was way overcooked and tasted like the cheap filled pasta's from the supermarket. The filling was generic and there was no way you would guess it was venison. The only redeeming feature was the sauce which was delicious.

Seating was poor and I was continually knocked by staff walking past without any apology. There are far better places in the area to choose from however if you do go then choose your seat and meal wisely!
