Decent central London spot for barbecued food at a good price. Burgers are average but the meat and sides are good. The tobacco onion rings are different and worth ordering. Good portion sizes. You can normally get a table without booking except perhaps for a sat night peak time.

Nice place with lovely food. Came in around 19 o'clock and it was slow so getting a table was no problem. The staff was very nice. The food was good. Had a burger and buffalo wings as a starter. The wings were amazing! Strong and good flavours. The burger was ok, big but a little bit dry. Will be coming back for those wings!

Good burgers but hated the ten, yes ten, cloves stuck in the orange slice in the gin and tonic. I asked for it to be changed as I'm allergic to cloves and I suspect they just brought it back rather than making a fresh one. Much prefer the Brixton branch.

We came in because other places nearby had a long wait for a table, but perhaps should have been suspicious how quiet this place was. The waitress almost seemed surprised we wanted a table.

We had a long wait to get served, despite how empty the place was. It then took a long time to get our order of drinks, and an even longer time to get our food.

Two of us ordered steaks medium rare, both arrived medium well. We sent them back and they returned the same exact steaks, cooked longer, now well done. We eventually got replacements - on the rare side (as suggested out of caution) but definitely preferable to well done - but with different sauces than originally ordered. We didn't bother to correct this as it was late and we were super hungry by this point.

They comped a round of drinks, which helped, but the bill still showed a side dish which had never arrived. While this was corrected, the overall experience was very disappointing.

The rum punch milkshakes were tasty!

Good quality of food served in generous portions. Typical American route 66 style restaurant. If you looking for nice steak or burger or ribs that's the place to go. Visited with few friends we had nice and pleasant meal
