Ok.. after read all the reviews I felt I need to leave my so so experience in this store. Well... didn't want milk in my juice one of staff was so cordially explaining me what i could have instead of milk and wich ones I could choose.. we called this customer service that the young man have. Ok I order for my cousin and by the time was thinking to my order. I ordered for her he went to make her one... no problem... after assistant manager came, with attitude was telling I can't have the one I want without milk...." it's rules of company ". And he still insisting I can't have without milk and didn't even bother to tell me any other that I can choose. He was rude arrogant and very very making me fell unwelcome. I said "i don't want be served by you" he just point on his chest saying that he is assistant manager "Muhammad" and if I'm saying you can't have is the rules. He turn back to me maybe swearing inside I ask him nicely " are you having a bad day today?" It was very rude person. Young man came back to till for me to order my one, but before it this "assistant manager" was very rude for him talking behind all the juices machine, I just said "sorry about this he shouldn't be working today"... this member of staff have much more customer service than that assistant manager. I 'll be coming again, as I enjoyed the juice and the customer service of the young man... but not because of that assistant manager that mix all his private problems with job. I would like to say I start my job with 15yo with customer service till then. Never in any moment I make someone feel so unwelcome in any store that I hve worked. This management should find any another person to be assistant manager... records and calculate money anyone can do. But to have customer service is not for everyone.
Just disappointed that they did not have the Green tea boost that I remember from visiting a boost juice in Malaysia last year. Otherwise 5 stars
THE SHITTEST SERVICE! So rude and condescending (especially the manager)
I thought this juice bar was very pricey, and that the food and snacks were not very nice. The drinks were good and very filling and healthy. This drink cost around £6 was made from strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.
This is the second time my order did not come through even though I had a receipt that everything went through (also right shop etc). The woman in the shop tried to prove me wrong and started arguing. I worked in customer service, so I am always very friendly even though something goes wrong, which simply happens. As I did not have the time for an argument (I need to get to work, hence why I tried to use the pre-order option), I asked if this was enough proof and she could start making my juice due to the hurry. I was then handed a juice that stood at the side, which I obviously grabbed to finally get to work. The juice was stale and must have been standing for at least 30 minutes ( I have got the comparison as it was one of the drinks with ice which I had before and they are a lot colder when freshly made). This especially annoying today as it is way above 30 degrees outside not even going into detail about the temperatures on the tube (tube user get me here). Two stars because the juices itself were normally good, which is why I returned before, even though the pre-order system is chaos. I am very disappointed with the service and the app.
