Really great afternoon tea. My friend took me for my birthday and we had a great Alice in wonderland experience. All the place settings and cake stands and little cakes fitted right in with the theme. I had the Cheshire cat tea, which was delicious with a hint of chocolate - wish I could buy it! Our waiter was really welcoming and attentive (but not too attentive). We sat outside and even though it was the middle of winter we still felt warm and comfortable thanks to the heaters and blankets on the chairs. I'd definitely go again!

I came here for a Hen do a year ago and do not recommend coming here again. For starters, there was at least 15 of us but when the plates of food came, we were given 10 to share amongst ourselves. One or two of us were not even given any plates and had to reach over to share a plate with another person. One of my friends had a gluten and dairy allergy which we advised them of well in advance and she was given bowls of fruit with small sauce pot size of honeycomb and dark chocolate. We were not impressed considering how much we had to pay for the tea. We hired the venue and had a small room which we had to squeeze into and pay an extra £300 on top of the price of the tea which in my opinion is ridiculous considering that people who ate outside the venue looked more comfy than us squeezed into a small room, on top of that we were limited to only 2 hours in the room. If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star as you can have much better afternoon tea elsewhere for a more affordable price.

We visited the place at a late evening for afternoon tea so we did the tipsy version and it a pleasant surprise. The cocktails were rather good and most of the savory snacks and sweets were also tasty.
Nice atmosphere and beautifully decorated space made the evening even more pleasant.

This was wonderful! Had afternoon tea here with The Ladies and can't recommend it highly enough. Lots of choices for food, cakes and drinks and they'd top up your selection if needed. Great service and fantastic setting (lots of flamingoes and Mad Hatter themed crockery and cakes/drinks).

Ridiculously overpriced, not worth visiting, you will only get very cheap and low quality food and service at a ridiculously high price. We had to wait 15 minutes just for the waitress to push 2 sets of spare plates to the other side of the table before getting seated, and another 15 minutes wait without getting any water nor even a menu, which I had asked for since sitting down. The food is just terrible, you can get much better sandwiches at convenience stores. The macaron and other desserts are just awful. And, for a afternoon “tea” place, shouldn’t you serve much better quality tea? Why don’t you just give us a Lipton black tea bag with some BOILING water, that should taste better. This place is just an awful memory of the beautiful city of London for me.
