Absolutely fantastic. Staff were amazing and so lovely. It was very busy but the staff were still always on hand. The afternoon tea was impressive, very delicious and filling (we had to take some home!) It was my friends birthday and they also took the time to do a Happy Birthday plate before we left which was really nice. Lovely little courtyard to sit in. The whole experience was just wonderful!

We booked this for the afternoon tea experience, were really excited for the Alice in Wonderland theme. Apart from the fact that the ambiance of the place does not really give you any vibe of the book theme, the afternoon tea itself was implemented rather poorly. Some pieces were neat, but no effort was made to fully show the theme. The little "drink me" potions did not have labels on, the food was mediocre, and did not taste very high standard.
On top of all this it was really expensive, and I do not fancy that the prices are similar to the Ritz and the effort is close the zero. I would recommend to change the theme cause this was highly disappointing!

I only mentioned in chatting that it was my friends birthday and they surprise us with a cake and candle too!! Great experience!! Thank you ever so much!

Great afternoon tea with a fun them of Alice in Wonderland. The sandwiches and treats were very tasty and staff were attentive and friendly. We asked for more sandwiches because they tasted great and the staff had no issues with this.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes afternoon tea!

Rather disappointing, my daughters chosen birthday treat. HOWEVER, we were not told on booking (not on line but over the telephone weeks prior) that as we were a party of six we had to sit in the much more noisy kitchen / bar area,(on high bar stools) not in the tent that was obviously set up for this. Also, (notwithstanding that the staff were pleasant), their English was poor which made communication even more arduous in the area we were sat. It would have been worth the £53 quid per head if the area we were placed in was not so poor. The food was excellent though.
