Relaxed luxury in the heart of Mayfair, our ethos embraces the art of shared dining with a sophisticated yet unassuming setting. May Fair Kitchen evokes an ambience to recreate the culinary delights of the Mediterranean. In the ‘El Dolce Semplice’ afternoon tea, traditional sandwiches have been replaced by a trio of bruschetta and pan con tomate while classic scones are transformed with Amaretto or Sicilian lemon and served with orange and nectarine preserve and vanilla mascarpone. Sweet treats include churros with chocolate sauce, tiramisu, a white peach and oregano panna cotta and a flourless chocolate and orange cake, as well as a selection of loose tea or coffee. For an extra special treat, enjoy a glass of champagne to toast your afternoon tea in style.
Excellent food, some truly works of art. Order light to start and work up, many of the dishes are quite rich. The staff gives great advice to first time visitors like us. Pricey but this is May Fair, yes? Perfect service, well done.
Went here for a birthday treat afternoon tea.... Wow how impressive.. attentive service and a warm friendly environment, couldn't have wished for better
Good flavours with very different influences.my relax atmosfere. Too noisy (lack of absorbent materials) and, in the place I sat next to a closed external door, drafty cold. Expensive as you would expect in such a place: 4 people for £200 (including only 2 glasses of wine and 2 desserts).
Lovely breakfast layout, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere to get the day started. The dinner service was wonderful too.
Best afternoon tea. And waitress very helpful and polite. Food excellent! Will definitely go back.
