Autumn Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

Open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of New West End Company, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

The competition runs from Thursday, 21 September 2023 and closes at midnight on Wednesday, 27 September 2023 GMT (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be void.

Multiple entries allowed per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The Prize

£250 to spend at John Lewis Oxford Street.
A popcorn and film gift card for two at The Cinema at Selfridges London.
A Swingers Jet Set voucher for two, which includes a round of crazy gold, three house drinks, a specific tee off time, street food, dessert and a reserved area for 1.5 hours.

Prize Specific Conditions

John Lewis Gift card

This prize is non transferable or refundable.
The prize total will be at the value of £250; no alternative cash-prizes are available.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.

New West End Company reserve the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.

The Cinema at Selfridges Gift Card

This prize is non transferable or refundable.
The prize total will be at the value of £50; no alternative cash-prizes are available.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.

New West End Company reserve the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.

Swingers

The voucher entitles two guests to a round of crazy golf each, three house drinks each, street food and a reserved area.
This voucher cannot be used for walk-up entry.
Guests must be 18 years old or over to visit and photo ID may be required on entry.
The visit must be booked at least two weeks in advance by emailing jesse@competitivesocialising.com.
The prize must be redeemed by November 19^th 2023.

The Prize Winner will be chosen:

One Winner will be selected at random from Instagram and notified via Instagram on Thursday 28 September 2023 for them to accept and redeem the prize in accordance to these terms and conditions.
The Winner must confirm receipt of their prize within 24 hours of win acknowledgment – deadline of 6pm Friday 29 September 2023 GMT. In the event that the Winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification and/or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be selected at random.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions (unless and to the extent that) the competition states otherwise.

The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions.

Any amendments will be published on the Promoter’s website (the Website).
The Promoter reserves the right to publish entries (including parts of entries) other than the winning entry and publication does not necessarily mean the entrant has won a prize.
There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition.
