Nigel Haworth is head chef and co-proprietor of Northcote Manor hotel, in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire.Nigel is a member of the Masterchefs of Great Britain and a full member of the Academy of Culinary Arts. In 2004 he received the Prince Philip Medal, the City and Guilds' highest accolade, in recognition of his lifelong commitment to catering, and in 2006 he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Northern Hospitality Awards.
This prepaid ticketed event will allow you to explore recipes from his new book 'Obsessions’, which features a huge amount of chefs that have worked with Nigel over the years. Nigel will be raising money for charity at this event.
