This winter, Aqua Kyoto introduces a new warming and healthy lunch experience: Kyoto Soba Bowls. A traditional Japanese winter warmer with an aqua kyoto contemporary twist, the soba noodles are low in gluten and are home-made by head chef Paul Greening, who spent three months developing and perfecting the 100% buckwheat recipe.
These bowls of goodness are available in three options from £10.50 to £12: melt-in-your mouth Kurobuta pork, delicate sea bass and vegetarian. This new offering is available for lunch 12.00-2.30pm, Monday to Saturday.
