The atmosphere is pretty awesome. The place looks stunning, colourful and friendly, however staff are a bit abrupt and they steal the food from in front of you, before even finishing off what you have in your plate. The cocktails are painfully expensive... As for the bar downstairs, it is crammed. We were like sardines... and we kept getting shoved and pulled by different people. Not a great experience trying to dance and have a bit of fun on a Saturday night.

I know this might be the kind of atmosphere this place strives for, but please don't call yourself a cocktail bar when you're actually a loud, packed club. We came here for a friend's birthday party on a Sat night and it was so ridiculously rammed-packed with drunk people that it felt like being at a fraternity house. It's not a big place so it was stressful to even get to the back where my friend reserved tables that I didn't move for the entire night.
I got two cocktails but they were so sweet (and with such little alcohol) I could barely finish my second. And for a cocktail bar it was almost impossible to carry a decent conversation, because the music was too loud and not a single Spanish song played that night (and for my tastes, it was awful too as it was mainstream hip-hop from my high school days).
I really thought this place to be quite classy, but was quickly disappointed. Unless you aim to be completely wasted to tolerate the choking atmosphere, don't come here without a big wallet because it won't be a cheap night either!

Not sure I like this place. They were great when I called to book the table asking what was the occasion and asking the name of my friend when I mentioned it was for her birthday. Nothing happened about that though, so why they ask? No bar area to wait for the table to be ready. The food was just little bites, not a real meal. We had to drag the waiters attention all the time...we thought we stayed for the dance floor downstairs but there is not much space there for dancing. Good happy hour cocktails, maybe next time will just grab a cocktail at the happy hour and then move to another place in soho for a good meal.

Great music, atmosphere and drinks, but terrible service. Some waiters were nice, but I had a big table with some friends and the waiter was super rude and took one of our tables because "there is people waiting and your friends are downstairs dancing, so they lost their seats". We couldn't stand up for a second because the security guy (also rude) would complain that it wasn't allowed(!!!). The ladies toilet was downstairs and sometimes the security staff would complain that my friends couldn't go to the bathroom because "it was too crowded downstairs". Some of our friends waited outside for 10 minutes even tough we told the security guy that they were with us and there were seats waiting for them.
Food was extremely expensive and small portions.
Also, at the end I was charged for an extra caipirinha and they put drinks and food from strangers that sat near us on my bill (at least those strangers realised that and gave me the money, but still).
Not coming back.

Sort of fun in a very hectic way. You have to be in the mood. The food is good - for Mexican in England - but definitely way overpriced. A little gimmicky overall for what it is.
