The most celebrated live music venue in Europe and one of the most famous in the world. The 100 Club's longevity is due to an open minded music policy which has seen many different musical styles performed at this venue over It's long history.
Saw clash Covers band London Calling. A Magic set brought all those pogo frenzy memories back again.. Magic night... The 100 club is a fabbulous small low ceiling venue. It's steeped in musical history. Just like the old days. Recommend this venue. Safe place to pogo. Drink and feel the power...
Having been to most London clubs marquee. The rainbow. Venue Victoria. This was my first visit to the 100 club. Wow what a venue. Small friendly and welcoming. It was like stepping back in time to days gone past. Perfect and the history is astonishing. It should be top of the list of must things to do for anyone. Can't wait to go back.
Top venue for proper bands. All the best have played there, deep in the heart of the Capital. None of your manufactured pop p**h here. Discharge were on top form on the night. I will definitely be back for other memorable gigs in the future.
Great intimate live music venue. The elongated shape of the room means you are never far from the stage. There are bars at either end of this elongated selling bottled and craft beers on tap (no cask). The toilets are either side of the bar to the left. Do not come here expecting fineries though the cloak and bar staff are polite and efficient. The cloakroom will cost you £2, but as it gets very hot down there (especially at the Bad Manners gig I was at) it is well worth it. You will have a brilliant night here.
A London classic. One of the survivors of the great development Blitz that seems intent on building bigger stations to get people to cool areas quicker without realising that knocking down all the cool places to build the stations makes the whole exercise an exercise in melancholic futility. Long may the 100 club keep on keeping on. It's a beautiful dive bar, a venue oozing with history and cool and something London needs to cherish not bulldoze. Much love.
