Investing in fresh, new design talent has continually been etched in the Evans ethos as it strives to make changes within the Fashion Industry. In an exciting new collaboration with London College of Fashion, UAL, Evans is set to host a silent auction online, featuring 16 unique pieces created by second year students with specialism in fashion textiles – including a sophisticated mix of print, knitwear and embroidery techniques.

London College of Fashion, UAL is a world leader in fashion design, media and business education that has been nurturing creative talent for over a century. Fashion is at its heart and the student’s efforts prove that creativity is in their blood. Each student worked on an Evans garment, and was given free rein to embellish and customise the piece in their unique own style, using a variety of design techniques, mixing fabrics and being bold in terms of print placement and colour. The collaboration, aptly named #IamUnique, will launch at an in store event open to press, bloggers and the public in the Evans flagship store on Thursday 16th of February to coincide with London Fashion Week.

The silent auction will then run online till midnight Tuesday the 21st of February with all proceeds raised going to Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
